Maximum 1 guest players -> no mix teams (if not under same organisation)
A player can only race for one team
The maps have to be driven in the order we release them on Facebook and on Website. *NEW*
Even in the playoffs, you are supposed to drive ALL three maps, even if the score is 2-0 already.
Who advances to playoffs? 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams in each group go to playoffs – as well as the 5 outof 9 best 4th ranked teams in the groupstage. (4th placed teams with most points (maps won) advance to playoffs, if teams are tied won/lost round ratio will be deciding) [won rounds divided with lost ones]
If two teams in one group have the same amount of points, the winner of the match between those parties is ahead of the other one.
Who gets which opponent in the playoffs? Won/lost round ratio of all 32 teams who advance to the playoffs will be calculated. A ranking will be done, the highest ratio will drive vs. the lowest ratio in the first playoff match, however a team which got second in its group can not be ahead of a team who got first in its group, even if the won/lost ratio is better.
Explanation: > Team ranked first in its group -> 1st to 9th in the playoff ranking > Team ranked second in its group -> 10th to 18th in the playoff ranking > Team ranked third in its group -> 19th to 27th in the playoff ranking > Team ranked fourth in its group -> 28th to 32nd in the playoff ranking
This ranking, #1 to #32 will be used to build the playoff tree
1/16 final: #1 vs #32, #2 vs #31 etc. 1/8 final: #1 vs #16, #2 vs #15 etc. 1/4 final: #1 vs #8, #2 vs #7 etc. 1/2 final: #1 vs 4, #2 vs #3 final: #1 vs #2
With this, the two best teams in the groupstage would not have to drive against each other until the grand final – of course they will only meet if they win all their matches until the final.
Possible scores: 3-0 gives the winner 3 pts and the looser 0 pts 2-1 gives the winner 2 pts and looser 1 pts.
Suggested match times: Sundays at 20.00 CET (Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Wien…) Option: teams agree on other time and day. Keep in mind, default match time overrules any other suggestions.
